SMD LED Packaging

Automatic batching of phosphor powders and silicone adhesives for SMD LED encapsulation. Consistent concentration from the first cup to the last, shift after shift.

High-Power LED & COB

Larger batch sizes and longer working times demand stable environmental control. Sealed, climate-controlled chambers keep every batch within spec.

Phosphor Powder Batching

One to eighteen phosphor powders per recipe, dispensed to ±0.0005 g. Barcode verification and label printing prevent wrong-material errors.

Adhesive Dispensing

Silicone adhesive dispensing to ±0.01 g, one to three adhesive types per batch. Automatic cup feed and discharge handle mixed cup sizes.

Material Evaluation

It all starts with your material. We request samples and run in-house flow and accuracy tests to measure the characteristics that determine the optimal batching approach. The result is real performance data — not guesses.

Concept Design

Based on test data and your production requirements, our engineering team creates a custom machine configuration tailored to your materials, throughput, and facility constraints.

Build & Validation

We build your machine in our 500 m² clean workshop and run validation tests using your actual materials. Every machine is performance-tested before it ships.

Installation & Support

Installation, integration with your production lines, and operator training. After go-live: 12 h phone support, 24 h written response, and 48 h on-site arrival.
